Quite a significant update this time. Over the last 3 months we’ve been noting all the regular customer support enquiries to judge which aspects of the system is causing regular confusion or error.
So here goes:
Patients can "Pause" texts from Florence
What happens if a patient is on holiday, been re-admitted to hospital, or is away for any reason that means they don’t want to receive text messages from Florence?
Now they have the control to halt the messages, just ask your patient to follow these simple steps:
Text AWAY to 64711 to pause messages Text HOME to 64711 to restart them
Improved "at a glance" information
When you login and arrive at your list of patients, you’ll notice we’ve added some more information to each patient:
The date a patient was invited and the current status of that invite.
Patients who have paused messaging as above are tagged “away”, and it also shows the date patient paused the texts.
Stopped: see when patients opt out, they can rejoin by texting YES to 64711
Resend invites to patients
It seems not all patients respond to the invite immediately and some need a reminder. You can now re-send an invitation with a click of the mouse. Simply click into the patient and you’ll see a large message saying they haven’t responded yet, just follow the on screen instructions, it’s just 2 more clicks.
